Yes, we're back in Sedona again. The first time we were here we didn't get to explore the original part of town. This time we decided to stay for a couple of days at the Orchard Inn, Uptown Sedona. Since most of the art galleries, shops and restaurants are along Main Street we parked our car in front of the hotel and walked everywhere.

Montezuma Castle, Verde Valley, Arizona

On the way to Sedona we stopped at Montezuma Castle, a National Monument, located in Verde Valley, Arizona. From Interstate 17 we drove 3 miles East before we reached the Visitor Center. After paying the entrance fee, we walked on the paved sidewalk to see the "castle", a 20-room cliff dwelling, built by the prehistoric Sinagua Indian farmers 600 years ago.
