Baru sibuk nak buat kuih.
Kuih raya from Malaysia is still sitting on Mom's dining table. Rejected twice at 2 different post offices.
Post office clerk said, "Kena ambik nombor dulu. Tak ada nombor tak boleh hantar". What? Kuih raya needs number? Kesian Eda, turun naik bas punggah kotak kuih aku. Wondering if Mom is sending Kuih Bom?.

The reason I visited Haji Baba's Grocery store in Tempe was to purchase assorted homemade Middle Eastern desserts for iftar. But I cannot resist the imported dates that was on top of the baklava trays. I left with 10 baklavas and a pound of dates.
